A lady has reportedly gone overboard on a cruise ship close to Ensenada, Mexico, authorities stated Saturday.
Safety digital camera footage captured the lady falling overboard, and the incident was reported 35 miles off the Mexican coast, the US Coast Guard stated.
The cruise ship, Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Miracle, departed from Los Angeles on Dec. 9, and is scheduled for return to LA on Sunday, Dec. 12.

The Southern California U.S. Coast Guard introduced on Twitter that they’re working to find the lady, alongside a USCG helicopter crew primarily based in San Diego and the Mexican navy.
“We suggested Carnival Miracle friends this morning of an overboard incident involving one in every of our friends from the balcony of her stateroom,” a spokesperson for Carnival Cruise Line informed NBC’s San Diego station.
“After aiding the U.S Coast Guard with a search, the ship has been launched and is continuing to Ensenada and can then return to Lengthy Seashore as scheduled on Sunday morning. Our ideas are with the visitor and her household, and our Care Workforce is offering assist.”
