PARIS, April 1 (Reuters) – Delivery group CMA CGM is about to purchase auto transport firm Gefco, French paper Les Echos reported on Friday, citing sources near the matter.

CMA CGM declined to remark.

Gefco, during which French-Italian carmaker Stellantis (STLA.MI) holds a 25% stake, shall be valued at 450 to 500 million euros within the deal, the paper stated.

Auto transport firm Gefco, co-owned by French-Italian carmaker Stellantis (STLA.MI), stated on Friday it is going to purchase again the 75% of its shares which are held by Russian Railways (RZD) after it was positioned underneath western sanctions. learn extra
