Logistics actual property supplier, GLP, has signed a 15-year lease for its G-Park Doncaster Mammoth 602 growth with Maersk, the Danish transport and logistics firm.
The unit totals 601,761 sq ft and is the biggest logistics constructing within the North of England. It’s six miles from the centre of Doncaster.
It’s GLP’s third constructing to be web zero carbon for development, in step with the UKGBC framework, and is a part of the Planet Mark accreditation scheme which helps to additional cut back the carbon footprint for the occupier.
There’s 28,762 sq ft of workplace area inside the constructing, 217 HGV parking areas, and 372 automobile park areas.
